Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Deposit Requirement
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a place on the trip.
- The deposit amount will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the deadline specified in your booking confirmation.
- Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- If you cancel after paying the balance, refunds (excluding deposit) may be offered on a sliding scale depending on notice period:
- More than 60 days before departure: 75% refund of balance
- 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of balance
- Less than 30 days before departure: No refund
If the minimum number of participants required for a trip is not reached, Inspired-Tours reserves the right to cancel or postpone the trip.
Minimum participant numbers are necessary to ensure trips can operate safely and economically. If bookings fall below the required level, including where participants choose not to attend due to external circumstances (such as international tensions, travel concerns, or other global events), we may cancel or reschedule the trip. If particapants are offered an alternative date and they agrea to transfer to the alternative date then cannont attend the new date no refund will be issued as the change of date will fall under the 30 day rule of section 3.
In the event that a trip is cancelled due to insufficient participant numbers, customers will be offered one of the following options:
Transfer their booking to an alternative trip or future departure date
Receive a credit towards a future trip
Receive a refund of payments made to Inspired-Tours excluding any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred where applicable We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any cancellation or postponement as early as possible.
If the trip is cancelled by the organizer (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or insufficient participants), participants will receive a full refund of all monies paid, including deposits.
- Deposits may be transferred to another trip if requested at least 60 days before departure, subject to availability.
- Transferring your payments to an alternative date will be considered at the organisers discretion. Please be aware that if we agree to swap your booking to an alternative date that any further changes or cancelations will be reviewed on a one 2 one basis.
- It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, insurance, and meet any health or legal requirements for the trip.
- The organizer is not liable for costs incurred due to failure to meet these requirements.
- The organizer is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics). In such cases, deposits remain non-refundable but may be credited toward a future trip.
- During our trips, tours, and activities, photographs and video recordings may occasionally be taken by our team or authorised representatives for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes.
- By participating in our trips or activities, you acknowledge and agree that images or video footage in which you may appear may be used by us in promotional materials, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, advertising, and other marketing content, without compensation. We will always aim to use such content respectfully and appropriately. If you would prefer not to appear in photographs or videos used for promotional purposes, please notify a member of our team at the start of the trip or contact us in writing prior to your participation, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
- All photographs and video content taken by our team remain the property of the company unless otherwise stated.
9. Agreement
- By accessing our website, making a booking, or participating in our trips or activities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
